Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and with all brand tags attached, to qualify for a return or exchange.
Ship the Item
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to our designated fulfillment center using a traceable courier service.
Processing & Exchange
Once our quality assurance team approves the returned item, we will issue a store credit or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
